Hi I'm Tom, a calisthenics coach based in Brighton and I'm passionate about all things calisthenics & movement!

I absolutely love introducing people to calisthenics and bodyweight exercise, seeing them grow along their journey and helping them achieve the unexpected 🤸💪 I've been training calisthenics, hand balance and gymnastics myself since 2017.

I'm a co-founder of Calisthenics Brighton and I also have a sports massage & injury management background. I'm big on healthy living, functional movement, active flexibility and optimal training. Outside of calisthenics I'm obsessed with surfing! 🏄‍♂️

Training Times

  • Monday-Wednesday 8am-4pm

  • Thursday 8am-8pm

  • Sunday 1pm-8pm
