I’ve been training calisthenics (self taught) for just over 4 years and compete in calisthenics endurance, winning the national title in 2024, 4th in the world championships and qualifying for FIBO ‘24. I work as a PT with a range of ages and abilities and run my own classes.
I have my level 3 PT, yoga qualification and calisthenics coaching qualification.
