Hi I am Rick (aka Pickle Rick) I have been training Calisthenics approximately 5 years but the last 2 have been when I really specified the most.

When I started, I had nothing. Not even a push up, but I fell in love with the routine straight away and it finally gave me a reason to kick my addiction on the arse.

Now, I can perform several tricks including handstands, move more than half my bodyweight in push and pull, and become the first ever regional champion in the sport.

All I hope to do, is use my experience to help others learn a form of exercise that is both challenging and fun.

I run structured classes that actually help you progress, as well as more individual sessions and 1on1 for those who want a bit of extra help. Everything I do is centred around community and giving people a place to go and be safe.

I have helped countless people achieve their goals, and my experience working with injuries means I can also do so with extra care, and attention. So whether your goal is a handstand, your first pull-up or just to finally enjoy moving pain free, I would love to help.
