Having discovered my own love for calisthenics (for fun, and competing), I wish to share my passion, to help others rewrite the script of what they are capable of.
Between my own sporting experiences, and years of working in the medical industry, I’ve learnt a lot about the body, and how to keep it strong and healthy.
I aim to help other’s learn how to move in healthy and playful ways, build strength, and master epic calisthenics skills. On the side I can usually be found hiking through mountains, or surfing the nearest glassy wave!
I also offer outdoor coaching at various outdoor gyms across Brighton
