Hi, I'm Claire Livemore.

I’ve been coaching calisthenics for over six years, working with clients of all ages and abilities—from complete beginners to competitive athletes. My youngest client has been six years old and my oldest ninety. I’ve helped people achieve everything from their first pull-up to stepping on the competition stage.

As the founder of Sx Calisthenix, I’ve built a safe and inclusive community focused on empowerment and growth. I love the hands-on side of coaching and currently offer 1:1 sessions, group classes, workshops, and online coaching (launching fully in 2025). I’m based at JD Gym Southend.

My philosophy is simple: you’re never too old, and it’s never too late to turn things around.

Competitive Achievements:

I’ve competed nationally and internationally across Power, Statics, and Strength & Endurance categories, earning 10 gold medals and 3 silvers.


In April 2025, I became the Female Veteran Strength & Endurance World Champion.
