I am a Level 4 Personal Trainer with a Master’s in Sports Nutrition, having dedicated the past five years to calisthenics following a successful seven-year professional bodybuilding career. I’ve won multiple BodyStrong 1 Rep Max competitions and proudly competed as the only female in advanced male calisthenics categories. As one of the few leading female calisthenics coaches in the UK, I run sell out all female workshops & retreats that inspire strength, skill, and confidence. My mission is to empower women to master their bodies through disciplined training and intelligent nutrition.
